Your media player will launch automatically once the wedding starts or becomes available. If you can hear audio but you are unable to see a video, download Windows Media Player 7 or better. Also you might be connecting to the Internet at lower speeds than needed for video to play properly. Video requires a minimum 300kbps download speed. You may test your connection speed at http://www.speedtest.net. If a video player appears but will not play, please check if you have a firewall installed on your computer. Firewalls can block access to streaming video and may need to be disabled.
